Best Practice - Builder Incentives

At the Project level, the Builder can create and modify a library of Builder Incentives. These can be turned on or off (show/hide) by the (SM) Sales Manager at any time to meet every changing market condition. Additionally, the (SM) Sales Manager may turn on multiple Incentives – enabling the compounding of Incentives – if the condition applies.

Incentives that are turned off are invisible to the (SR) Sales Rep and therefore cannot be selected in error.

A typical Incentive Library may include:

• Pre-Construction Sales Incentive ($5000)
• Grand Opening Sales Incentive ($3000)
• Inventory (SPEC) Home Sales Incentive ($2000)
• Special Sales Promotion ($2000)
• Selection of Builder’s Mortgage Company Incentive ($10000)
• Web Site Registration Incentive ($500)

Include the amount of the incentive and the incentive expiration date in the name of the incentive.
